Zoom
If you are currently in a Zoom Meeting:
- Click on the Audio icon on the bottom left of the screen. You can either choose from the list of different speakers and microphones or select "Test speaker & microphone."

If your Zoom Meeting has not started yet:
- Before joining the meeting, click the drop-down menu for the audio.

- Select "Test Microphone and Speaker."

- Zoom will then play a ringtone to see if the correct speaker is selected. If you hear sound, click next. If you do not hear sound, you can choose another speaker from the drop-down menu, or choose "No, try another speaker."

- After clicking next, you can choose which microphone you would like to use. Repeat the same process as Step 3.

Disabled Audio Slider (Windows)
- If
your audio slider is disabled, as shown below, then your audio driver needs to
be reinstalled.

Go to the Windows Search bar and type in “Device
Manager.”
Select “Audio inputs and outputs,” then click on
Speakers and “Uninstall Device.”
After
that, click “Scan for Hardware Changes.” Speakers should reappear under “Audio
inputs and outputs,” and you should be able to control your computer’s audio
volume again.
