Click on “Manage Known Networks.”
Select “Forget” for the network you would like to connect to.
Go back to the previous screen and click “Show Available Networks,” and connect to the Wi-Fi by re-entering your HU credentials.
Click on the Wi-Fi icon near the top right of the screen.
Select “Wi-Fi Settings.”
Click on the three dots for the network you are
trying to connect to.
Select “Forget this Network” and reconnect to the network using your HU credentials.
Restarting the laptop can resolve glitches or other issues that the device was unable to fix on its own.
If you haven’t already, download the Dell
SupportAssist App. After installing and opening
the app, you can install any Dell updates from the app.
Another option is to return to the Dell Drivers and Downloads website and click on your computer model or enter your serial tag number.
Click
on Check for Updates on the following screen and follow the instructions to
install any updates that your device needs. You may have to restart after your
computer finishes installing the updates.
