How to Access the VPN using MFA
1. In the bottom right corner of your screen, select the white "C" icon for Sophos Connect. If you do not see the icon, select the carrot icon and then select the white "C" icon.
2. Click the Blue "Connect" button.
3. Enter your username and normal HU password in the text fields. Before selecting "Sign in" go to the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, and then choose the Sophos Connect option. There should be six digits that show, enter those digits AFTER your password. For example, if your password is Password and your six digits are 380524, then your password would be Password 380524.
4. You should now be connected to the VPN. If you run into any issues, you may need to update your VPN configuration. Please follow the steps here https://helpdesk.huntington.edu/KB/View/53921303-updating-vpn-to-new-configuration and then follow the steps above.
