Below are the steps to set your time zone in Microsoft 365, which is the setting that Outlook uses to schedule and display meetings:
- Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/settingsandprivacy/language
- At the bottom of the right pane, click on Time Zone

- Click on Change time zone

- Click on the time zone you want to use for Microsoft 365 and Outlook and click Select

- Your meetings in Outlook should now be displayed in the time zone that you selected
