Blind Transfer

1. Press the Trnsfer key
2. Press the Blind key
3. Dial the number to transfer to
4. Press the Trnsfer key to complete

Transfer a Call via Consultative Transfer

1. Press the Trnsfer button
2. Dial the party you want to transfer the call to

• If far end answers and will accept the call, complete by pressing the Trnsfer key

• If far end answers but is not able to accept the transfer allow the target of your call transfer to hang up and then press the Resume key

Transfer Directly to VMail

1. Press the Trnsfer key
2. Press the Blind key
3. Dial *94 and the extension of the party you want to transfer to
4. Complete the transfer by pressing the Trnsfer key

Call Hold

1. Press the Hold button
2. Press the Resume button to retrieve the call

Parking a call

1. Press the Park key
2. System will give you the orbit number call is parked on Press the Trnsfer key (call is now parked)

Retrieving a parked call

1. Press the call RTRV button
2. Enter the orbit number the call was parked on Press the Enter key

Three Way Call

1. Press the Confrnc key
2. Dial the number you want to conference in
3. To connect all three call legs press the Confrnc key
4. To split the call back into two separate calls press the Split key (The conference call is now split into two separate calls and are both placed on hold)

Group PickupPress the Group Pickup key on the phone you want to answer the call onDirected Call PickupPress the Directed Pickup key on the phone you want to answer the call on
