USB devices and Wired Networking Stop Responding Using USB-C Dock

Please remove the power cable connecting your dock to the power supply. Reconnect the cable and confirm the issue is resolved. 

Next, install the following driver update: on your computer: Realtek USB GBE Ethernet Controller Driver applicable for WD15
