Unable to Print after Password Change - How to Update Keychain in Mac OS

  1. Open Finder
  2. Click the Go menu at the top of the screen, select Utilities
  3. Open Keychain access
  4. Click login on the left side of the window
  5. In the search bar in the top right corner of the window, type sarah
  6. If sarah appears in the search results, select it and then press the delete key on your keyboard
  7. Close keychain access
  8. Return to the Finder window
  9. Click Go at the top of the screen, select Connect to server
  10. In the server address field type smb://sarah/install and click Connect to Server
  11. When prompted, enter your huntington.edu email address and password, check the box to remember in the keychain and click OK.
