How to Map a Network Drive/Add a Shared Folder (Windows 11)

  1. Open Windows File Explorer by clicking on the yellow folder icon on your taskbar

2. In the left pane find "This PC". You may need to scroll the left pane up or down. Right click on "This PC" and then choose "Map network drive"

3. In the "Folder" text field, type in the name of the share folder you would like to access. For example \\leviticus\advancement. You should not need to adjust any of the other options. Click "Finish"

4. The drive should now appear underneath "This PC" in the left pane of Windows File Explorer. If you receive any error messages, ensure that you are using the \ and not the / and that you have permissions to access that folder.
