Attached is a document with steps on how to use the Microsoft Credential Manager to clear old Outlook Passwords after changing your HU password.
- Make sure you close out of Outlook
- Click on the Start Menu button
- Start typing “Credential Manager”
- A search result showing Credential Manager should appear. Click on it to open the Credential
Manager
- In the credential manager, click on Windows Credentials
- Click on any entries that mention Outlook or Office and then click on remove
- Open Outlook as normal. When you open Outlook, you should be prompted for your new
password.
