This should take you to the following screen.
Signing in Use the sign in box to sign in with your network account. If you have already registered this will take you to the application, otherwise it will take you to a screen that allows you to enroll.
Click on the box that says “Click Here” to go to the User Registration screen.
You will now see a screen with tabs for Security Questions, Verification Code, and Google Authentication. For now, we will just work with Security Questions and Verification Codes.
Adding security questions Fill out the Security Questions tab by choosing two questions, making up a third question, and providing the answers to all. You’ll need to make sure and enter your answers twice to confirm that you have typed them correctly.
Please note that your answers to these questions are case-sensitive. Configuring verification codes by adding a secondary email address On the verification tab enter a non-HU email address. This should be a secure personal email account which you can access whenever you need to use the Huntington University ID Tool. Once this is configured, whenever you sign in you will be prompted to provide a verification code which will be sent to the secondary email address you have entered.
When you click the “Enroll” button you should receive the following message to let you know you have enrolled successfully.
Using the tool Note that during the process of resetting your password or unlocking your account, you may be given a choice to either use a security answer to verify your identity or send a verification code to one of your email addresses. You may choose either if given that choice.

Enter your username and choose the domain it belongs to in the screen which comes up.
The tool will now present you with a screen which gives you a choice of using your security answers to the questions you chose when you registered to verify your identity or using a verification code to verify your identity.

Q: What’s this Google Authenticator tab for?

huhelpdesk@huntington.edu.

A: Yes, it works both on and off campus.

A: You can unlock your account without registering, but resetting your password requires you to register your account beforehand.

Q: I didn’t register and can’t get into my HU email account to get my verification code. How do I unlock my account?
A: You will need to submit a request to
huhelpdesk@huntington.edu or give the helpdesk a call at 260-359-4357.
