NOTE: This method only works when you are at a location where you can connect to the Huntington University network.
- Make sure your Mac is connected to HU_Secure Wi-Fi.
- Click the Finder icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
- At the top of your screen, click Go in the Menu Bar.
- Choose Connect to Server.
- In the connect to server text box, enter smb://printing/install
- Provide your HU email address and password to connect to the server.
- Open the MAC folder.
- Drag and drop the Install HU Printer Folder onto your desktop, then double-click to open it.
- Double-click the install_hu_printer.command file. You will be asked to enter the password for your Mac, NOT your HU account. Don't worry if you can't see anything as you type; this is normal.
- Open the Applications Folder on your Mac and launch PCClient.app.
- Enter your HU username and password, then select "Remember my identity" to log in to Papercut
- (Optional) You may want to drag PCClient to your dock to create a shortcut; the app must be running whenever you print.
- Provide your HU username and password the first time you print to HU_Printer or HU_Printer_Color.
- You can click the "Remember this password in my keychain" option to avoid being prompted every time.
