Here are some steps to try when your computer screen isn't being displayed on the projectors, or when the projector screen is blue and says “no input.”
  1. Unplug the HDMI cable from the wall or outlet, then plug it back in. Sometimes the cable becomes loose enough that nothing is displayed.
  2. Press the Source or Input button and make sure the correct source is selected. It will most likely be one of the HDMI sources.
  3. Check the display mode:
    1. Windows – Click Windows + P, OR go to Settings > System > Display. Make sure that it is set to either “Extend these displays” or “Duplicate these displays.” The projector will not display anything if it is set to “PC Screen Only.”
    2. Mac – Either click the Display icon in the top-right corner of the screen or go to Settings > Displays. Select either Mirror or Extend.
  4. Try turning the projector(s) on and off, and retry steps 1, 2, and 3.
