Prepare Hiner AV for Faculty Meetings

Unplug Green HDMI cable from desk plate and plug into Green port on the capture card
Other end of the Green HDMI cable can be plugged into presenter laptop
Grab the Orange HDMI cable and plug it into the Orange port on the capture card and the Orange port on the desk plate
Plug Red USB-A cable from desk plate to the Red USB-A port on the front of the NUC PC
Plug the Yellow USB-A cable to the Yellow USB-A port on the capture card
Plug the Yellow USB-A cable to the Yellow USB-A port on the NUC PC
When Faculty Meeting/Presentation is over, unplug the Green HDMI cable from the capture card and plug it into the Orange port on the desk plate.
Unplug the Red USB-A cable from the NUC PC and leave disconnected
