Click the 'Filter Subquery' button
In the popup window click the 'Join' button.
Search for 'tag'
Click 'Tags', making sure they are in the Person scope (located underneath the Person header).
Click 'Continue'
Click 'Save'
Click the 'Filter' button
Select 'Name', making sure it is in the Tags scope (located underneath the Tags header)
Click 'Continue'
Click to select 'Test Record'
Click 'Save'
Change the 'Aggregate' dropdown field to 'Not Exists'
Type 'Not Test Record' in the 'Name' field
Verify that your screen looks like the following (Note that the number next to 'Matching Rows' will most likely be different)
Assuming the screens look the same, click 'Save', and you have successfully excluded Test Records from your query
