- Pre-Lapsed Donor: Have given no gifts within the last 6 months
- Lapsed Donor: No gifts greater than $0 in the last 12 months or donors that have an active recurring gift with any missed payment.
Various Terms
- Organization Group: Same concept as a portfolio. System users can only be in charge of a single Organization Group, but donors can be in multiple Organization Groups.
