Silent Ringtone for monitored extensions OR why does my phone beep when someone else gets a call
If a user's new phone rings for an incoming call on their button list, and they do not want it to, perform the following steps on their phone:
- Press the "Home" key to open the main menu
- Go to "Settings" (7)
- "Basic" (1)
- "Ring Type" (4)
- "Attendant Calls" (4)
- and change it to "Silent Ring" (2)
- Done
