How to find CX Menu Options

For example, someone from Registrar's Office calls and says they are having problem with the menu item circled below


You can go to this menu item and answer the parameters (doesn't really matter how you answer them) and go to the second screen (shown below) and schedule it to run at 11:00 PM (or anytime later in the evening).


Then, go back to the menu and click on the 'clock' icon circled in red below and hover over the name of the report and it will show you the source path of the menu option that you are looking for.  You will also want to click on the trash can to delete the scheduled process since you don't really want it to run.
