Updating Keys on Desk Phone

1) Log into the Everstream commportal at https://commportal.everstream.net If you do not know your commportal password, then reach out to the helpdesk to request a password reset

2) Click on Devices in the lower left

3) Click on Set Keys

4) Click on the Edit button to the phone model you want to modify the keys for

5) Expand Programmable Keys - Lines

6) Expand the Key you want to modify

7) For the Soft Key action, choose the action you want to set. Typically, this would be either Speed dial or Enhanced Monitored Extension.

8) Enter the phone number and label for the key in the appropriate field.

9) Click Save changes in the lower right portion of the window
