MaXUC allows users to make and receive calls using Voice over IP (VOIP) from a variety of devices.
Use the following link corresponding to the type of device you use:
After installing MaxUC, open the application and, when prompted to choose a phone carrier, select Everstream.
Note: Everstream may not appear in alphabetical order. Check the bottom of the list if you can't find this option. If you do not see Everstream on the list, choose Bluebird Fiber.
When prompted, enter your ten-digit phone number and your Commportal password. This is not your HU email or campus portal password.
Your device will request access to the camera, microphone, and contacts. You may also be prompted to provide your cell phone number in order to swap calls between cellular data and cellular voice.
Please include your ten-digit phone number when requesting a new password.
